Double drive-through lines with customers entering and exiting on foot crossing the drive-through lines no crosswalk very dangerous and chaotic. Made it through the drive-through line was told to pull up and wait. Waited several minutes and turned around to find an employee holding my bag of food and looking confused. I got out of my car and walked to the window and told him I had two 10 packs of minis and he handed them to me. This place is a perfect example of post-Covid Chick-fil-A, which is all about selling chicken and not about customer experience.
