When I arrived, an employee was taking orders outside. He took the order of the car in front of me and the car beside me, but never came to my vehicle. Instead, he went back inside and began running food orders. When I reached the window, I mentioned that my order had never been taken. The employee(girl) at the door apologized and informed him that he needed to start with my car because I had been missed. He then approached my vehicle and asked, "Jim?" The employee at the window responded, "No, their order hasn't been taken yet." As he walked away, he said, "Close enough." While I'm not entirely sure what he meant by that comment, it came across as dismissive and disrespectful. You never know what kind of day someone may be having, and comments like that are unnecessary. I've never experienced this type of treatment at this Chick-fil-A before, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. Unfortunately, I do not know the employee's name. He was a white male with short blond hair. The team lead on duty was Harmony. He does not represent or uphold the values of Chick-fil-a.

I use the mobile app every single time, and because I already know how extremely slow this store is, I literally mark myself as “arrived” while I am STILL 15 MINUTES away from the restaurant just to give them extra time to prepare my food. By the time I actually get there, my order should absolutely be ready. Instead, almost every single visit, my food has not even been started yet. What makes it worse is the mobile order/DoorDash pickup area is completely ignored. Employees walk right past customers standing there and never ask if anyone needs help. If you don’t stop someone yourself, you’ll just continue standing there unnoticed. Most of the time I end up getting in the regular ordering line just to tell someone I even have a mobile order waiting. My last visit was terrible. After already marking myself “arrived” 15 minutes before getting there, I STILL waited nearly 20 more minutes once inside the restaurant. Then when I finally received my food, the order was made incorrectly. The manager did offer a refund and remade the meal, which I appreciated, but even the replacement fries were undercooked. I pointed it out and the manager agreed they were not cooked all the way. At this point, I would honestly rather drive across town to another Chick-fil-A location than continue dealing with this one, even though this store is much closer to my house. That alone should say enough.
