  One star because I can’t put 0 , customer service is terrible it wasn’t even busy when we went and took over a hour to serve our food , got my daughter kid meals wrong and let the server know my daughter food was spicy and all she stated was that it was probably cooked with our order of hot wings . Came back 2 hours later for items lost stated that they were going to look for it and had me waiting for over 15 minutes just walking past me with no updates , in general horrible customer service.

  Absolutely terrible, go get fast food or even gas station food instead it will do you better. How does a wing restaurant not have bone-in wings? Not only that, why does it take 45 minutes for boneless wings to come out? Moreover, it doesn’t matter which level spicy sauce you order on the wings they will just serve you the same thing on all and call it whatever they want. You’re telling me mango habanero and spicy garlic tastes exactly the same and is exactly as spicy? Get it together. Our only positive was our server Carla. She was understanding and sorry for our terrible experience. Aside from that… !DO NOT STOP HERE!

  I had a gift card I wanted to make use of. We arrived there 7:15 pm. It was packed. There was no one at the takeout counter, we intended to take it to go. There was no one to be found. It took me about 15 minutes to realize there was a qr code to place my order. No one came to the counter during that time. It took a minute on the app to place the order. My order would be ready by the time I needed to pick someone up, 8:30. Anyone who cooks knows cooking wings and frying tatter tots doesn't take a half hour. We waited and waited. We saw people come in place their order after someone decided to make themselves available for take out. We also watched them go. People came in after us, placed their order, and left before us. A lady and her girls came in after us asked how long we were waiting. Her pick up time was for 8, it was 8:30, the time when our pick was due. She noticed others came in and left before us. She finally got her food, we were still waiting. We didn't get our food until 8:50 that's only because we asked them to check. We got our order, it wasn't even hot. Orange chicken sauce was tasteless. Who messes wings up? Apparently, buffalo wild wings. Never again, even with a gift card. Their service was trash, their wings were trash, so their gift card is trash. That's exactly were their gift card will go, if one is given again. No apologies for their delay or loopsided-out of order service. I'd give zero stars, if I could.

  I honestly hate to leave a One Star review but honestly, it’s deserved. It’s not one server or bartender in particular. It’s the management. Why are there only a bartender and one server on for a Friday lunch? It took over an HOUR to get our food. Couldn’t get a refill. The saving grace today was the food came out right and somewhat hot. Watched tables get food before us (table of 6) and one of them was a table of 5. Was told “well you’re a large table”. Thus, even kitchen staff can’t keep up. Dirty tables, slow service, slow food, just poor. Mind you… this has been like this for YEARS. We want to support our local economy but until the owner, GM or even floor manager can get it together, we won’t be back. Personally or professionally.

  I should be able to put zero stars. Me and two other friends came to eat and the minute he took our order he was really rude. Not once did he check up on us. The restaurant was not packed. We went to pay at the pay stand and another lady was already complaining to the manager. All I heard her say was they have really rude servers. and that the same dude kept going to the bathroom repeatedly. Our server came out the bathroom and said I can take your payment. And my friend had said to take the lady’s first. He said no, I can take yours over here (where the bar is at) So we went and when my friend was about to had over his card, when my friend had said that it looked like he tipped himself 20 dollars off a 16$ bill. The server said no and changed the screen and did something. I went to pay mines and I had asked if i could get a receipt back and he said no it’s the said the computer doesn’t give back receipts for cash. I told him yes they do what are you talking about. (mind you we’re already pissed off) He kept talking back in a tone. My friend told him when your working you gotta have a smile on your face and not be rude. He told us back that we need to be kind too. We had said some things to him and left. As we are leaving we see the same lady from earlier at the check out still waiting. and most servers are just standing around talking. Buffalo Wild Wings you need better servers and not lazy ones. BTW Our servers name is cole. Tall American man with long hair in a ponytail.
