    The waitress was great.\n The food was okay, but the waitress was great. She was stretched kind of thin because it was almost midnight, and it was her and the bartender and the place was pretty packed. There was a guy in the back cooking.There was a manager that seemed pretty stressed out at the desk at the front.He had a little bit of an attitude, but that's okay.I understand being short-staffed at the end of the night when you're busy, but being a customer, you can tell she still had a good attitude on her i think she deserves a raise because she handled herself very well.\nThat night!!!!!! Part of the kitchen was broke down so you had to pretty much get fried food and everything was in the same fryer because everything tasted the same, so The Onion rings tasted like chicken and the chicken tasted like onion rings and the grease was just nasty, so we really didn't eat our food, but the service was still good. So hopefully next time we go there, the food is better That was the only disappointing part we spent over a hundred dollars and couldn't eat half of our food.

    Good was good when it finally got to us. Service was some of the worst I have seen. After we ordered. Server said kitchen was having some issues and would be a little bit of a delay. Knowing fair well it was going to be hour delay. During hour wait. He came up to our table once . I repeatedly asked for him to bring me a drink. Once we got our food. He did not . Also portion of our food never came because was taken to the wrong table.

    Amazing experience, the food was hot and fresh, the new bartender was AMAZING! The food service was wonderful and the bathrooms were so CLEAN!

    Slow and servers in kitchen WAY too much. Server was friendly but like all the rest they are not out on floor. Our drinks went dry at a hot wing place. Deluxe chicken sandwich looked like a gas station thing. Had no lettuce or anything and was cold. Food super slow. Kitchen deserves negative stars. Most BWW are awesome. This one has a tude.

    ⭐ 1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Valdosta I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Valdosta. Unfortunately, almost every part of my visit—from ordering to receiving my food and getting customer service—was frustrating. I arrived around 6:40 PM and ordered the BOGO boneless wings. I specifically requested 6 wings with Thai Curry sauce and the other 6 wings with the sauces on the side (Honey BBQ and Buffalo). I also ordered a strawberry lemonade. The waitress who took my order brought my drink without the strawberries. When I asked about it, she initially told me that they did not have strawberries, so I asked her to cancel the drink. Later, another employee working around the drinks/beer section told me that the waitress had simply forgotten to add the strawberries. They added them and brought the drink back. I stayed calm and did not make an issue out of it. The much bigger problem was the food and the extremely long wait. I waited approximately 50 minutes and had to ask multiple employees for an update. Each time, I was told that they were working on it. I finally received my food around 7:30 PM. When the food arrived, it was not prepared the way I ordered it. Instead of having 6 wings with Thai Curry and the other 6 wings with the requested sauces on the side, the wings were served incorrectly, with Honey BBQ on the wings and the Thai Curry and other sauces on the side. I asked the waitress what happened because this was clearly not what I ordered. Her response was essentially that I should dip the wings into the Thai Curry sauce myself. I was honestly shocked. When I questioned this, she was smiling instead of taking the complaint seriously or trying to correct the mistake. I also spoke with a tall employee who appeared to be the manager and explained the situation. He offered to have the food remade, but by that point I was already running late and had waited far too long, so I declined. The biggest issue wasn’t simply that the order was wrong. Mistakes can happen. The problem was the combination of: * A very long wait of around 50 minutes * Having to repeatedly ask for an update * My order being prepared incorrectly despite clearly explaining what I wanted * A response from the waitress that essentially told me to fix the food myself * Smiling/laughing-type behavior when I was trying to explain the problem * A lack of urgency or genuine concern for the customer’s experience I came to Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a normal dining experience, but instead I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. Management needs to seriously address both order accuracy and customer service at this location. Customers should not have to wait nearly an hour, receive the wrong order, and then be told to simply dip the food into the sauce themselves. I hope the restaurant takes this review seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve, because no customer should have to go through this kind of experience. Very poor service and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
