If I could give less than one star here I would. The first thing there was items missing in my order and the french fries were cold and not up to Arby’s quality. I called the store and spoke with Connie, who was extremely condescending, rude and lacked extreme courtesy in customer service for being a so-called assistant manager. 13 minutes on the phone and all I got was yelled at and put down all she had to do was I’m sorry there was an issue with the order. Let me make it right instead. It was a 13 minute argument and she said that the store manager would get back with me, which she never did. Corporate has been called about the issue and I will be disputing this. This woman needs to learn customer service if she’s gonna be in management. If I was the DM or owner, she would have her walking papers. I can’t help that that day their food was inadequate and not up to Arby’s quality so take it out on your customer! Are you kidding me?
