Service is good and store is clean, but they are really stingy with the portions. I’ve gone to several locations in and out of state, and I always get a regular portion, but here, whenever I come here (5th time), the fruit bowls and wraps are skimpy. This isn’t a good way to save money cause in the long run, you’re going to lose customers. I’d rather just go a little further out than pay full price for small portions. Stop being cheap.

This location gives Tropical Smoothie Café a bad reputation. Every time I come here, I have an issue with the way my smoothie tastes. I regularly order the Sunrise Sunset, Mango Monsoon, and Blimey Limey from several other locations, and they are always consistent and taste exactly how they should. Those smoothies are some of my favorites, which is why it’s so disappointing when I come to this location.
Every time I order here, something tastes off, like ingredients are missing or the smoothie was not made correctly. Sometimes there’s way too much of one flavor, and most of the time it just tastes like flavored ice. I even have pictures showing that the smoothies were barely touched because they were not enjoyable to drink.
I already contacted the store, and I’m not willing to drive all the way back just to get a refund for drinks that should have been made correctly in the first place. I just want consistency and quality like I receive at every other Tropical Smoothie Café location.

I have been emailing back and forth regarding this refund since 5/9/26 for two smoothies that I did not even drink due to the poor quality of the order. At this point, the way this situation is being handled is completely unacceptable.
I only receive one response per day, usually right before closing time, which means I can only get one update every 24 hours. This has unnecessarily dragged out a simple refund request for days.
I was offered a gift card, but that does not resolve the issue. Where I live, there is only one Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, and it is this location. I have already made it clear that after this experience, I do not plan on returning. A gift card provides absolutely no benefit to me, and I should not be pressured into accepting store credit instead of receiving my money back to my original payment method.
You stated that a gift card would take 3–5 business days, yet refunding my original payment method would also take 3–5 business days after speaking with management. If both options require the same amount of time, there is no valid reason my refund cannot be processed properly.
I have already provided proof of the issue with the drinks, and this matter should have been resolved days ago. Please process my refund back to my original payment method immediately instead of continuing to delay the process or push a gift card I do not want.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on how this location handles customer service and legitimate complaints.

I get the same order at any tropical smoothie I visit, but this is the only location where the southwest wrap is presented this way. This is the less greasy version that was remade. Each time I’m told it’s due to the sauce, but the recipe is the same for all locations yet this is the only location where this happens. Smoothies are always good, but disappointed in the food’s presentation.
If I could give 10 Stars I would this is a very clean professional environment staff is always helpful polite products are always fresh I am so glad that this moved in our area.

Best service and it’s was great to there and is so clean. All the staff are friendly and very nice people.
