I am requesting immediate attention from the owner or corporate management regarding an unacceptable experience. I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and specifically requested that it be baked well-done. I picked up my order at exactly 8:44 p.m. and arrived home by 8:55 p.m. Despite the clear preparation instructions, the pizza was soggy, saturated with garlic butter, and covered in runny cheese and sauce. It was neither well-done nor prepared to an acceptable standard. I contacted the store seeking a resolution, but the gentleman on duty was dismissive, discourteous, and stated that I would need to “take it up with Mr. Brown.” His lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address the matter only made the experience worse. I am requesting a full refund and direct follow-up from the owner, Mr. Brown, or a corporate representative. Customers should receive what they paid for—especially when preparation instructions are clearly stated on the order.
