  This was the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, this man was the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever came across in the fast food industry. He needs to learn how to talk to customers and ALL the employees use their bare hands to make the food no gloves which is very unsanitary.

  This is my second time within the last 6 months trying to patronize this location and have received horrible service directly from a man that identified himself as the general manager of the store(Lee). Today, I ordered a pizza at 4:15p EST. I arrived at the location at approximately 5:45p. I entered the store and was not greeted or acknowledged, which seems to be common practice here. I waited to allow time for the man running the register to ask me if I needed assistance, which he never did. I waited about 10 minutes before asking "Lee" if he could check on my order since I had ordered it over an hour ago. I gave him my name and he said he didnt see my order. I offered him my order number and confirmed that I had ordered from that store (#1703). Instead of checking to locate my order, Lee started calling me crazy for asking him for assistsnce. After waiting additional time to confirm if my order was ready, I requested that he stop being disrespectful and just refund my order. He told me he could not refund my order and advised me to reach out to customer service. I immediately started a chat with customer service and the chat representative advised that Lee had lied because the refund had to be issued from the store. Lee was rude, disrespectful, called me names and lied to my face without even attempting to truly assist me when all I was trying to do was pickup a single pizza that I ordered for my children. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for anyone providing service to people, especially someone that is considered management. I am thoroughly disappointed that this is allowed to take place at Papa John's and does not make me want to patronize any of your locations based on the experience at store #1703.

  Horribly understaffed; placed an order while 10 minutes away by car, after driving there they said it’d be 10 minutes. Ten minutes passed, they then said it’d be another 15 after they finally bothered to look for my order 😅 I understand being understaffed but the worker was rude and dismissive to customers coming in. I came here to save time cause it was closer to my usual but honestly I would’ve saved time just ordering there (despite being 20min away.)

  I stayed here for more than an hour. For the first 30 minutes, they completely ignored my questions. After that, they only told me that the order was “not ready.” They do not prepare orders in the order they are received. Instead, they choose which orders to make first based on their own preference. Many customers and delivery drivers who arrived after me received their orders and left before I did. When I asked if they were following the order sequence, they avoided answering and turned the conversation into saying that I either misunderstood them or was just angry. When my pizza was finally ready, the employee threatened me and told me not to come back. He said that if I returned, he would put my orders last on purpose. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair treatment toward both customers and delivery drivers.

  Had a online pick up one pizza glad I decided to pay at store , I was at the store 45 minutes my ride left me I’m walking home. Worker had a attitude cause she was there by herself well before 10 it was 2 different workers yall need to hire more people ill just go to Quiktrip
