This place is not worth the amount of time you have to sit here and wait. Everytime I come there is this amazing black woman that works her tail off to make sure both drive thru and online side are getting their food on time! She is amazing but last night I had the unfortunate experience from a black male with an Afro, if you see him DO NOT order your food online and DO NOT pull forward. They forgot about our food for 1 hour while they served 10 other customers. He proceeded to curse me out when I knocked on the window to inquire about the wait time for my food. He is the most unprofessional and rudest worker I have ever seen. If you choose to make an online order, stay in the drive thru line. That line is the only line they actually serve at 12am.

Me and my bf came late night to get some food and he ordered online it took them 30 minutes to make his food. They were back there arguing and when he asked for an extra small they said they couldn’t even give him that. Service is terrible!

I placed a $40 wing order which was 40 wings 15 minutes before leaving Walmart. I get there and I ask for my order and I'm told from management that the order isn't started. When I asked why, he told me that his staff isn't going start an order before getting permission from him. When I asked why have workers if they can't fulfill orders, he couldn't answer me. What is the point in ordering ahead of time if the order won't be started until I get there?
