I get there and I ask for my order and I'm told from management that the order isn't started. When I asked why, he told me that his staff isn't going start an order before getting permission from him. When I asked why have workers if they can't fulfill orders, he couldn't answer me. What is the point in ordering ahead of time if the order won't be started until I get there?
