This was my favorite Papa John's but now it seems like they're always closed...

Ordered pizza late at night. Over an hour later the food still had not arrived. Called to cancel and the store was closed. Support didn't help us out wither

The on-line menu suggests that anchovies are available at a small surcharge. It. also boasts a half-dozen or more types of crust. What it doesn't tell you is that you can't have anchovies, period, and if you want a thin crust, you can't get it on a small pizza. Classic bait & switch. Want a small Italian salad to go with your meal? Can't get any salad here. The menu implies that a variety of "bowls" are available, but good luck finding these on-line, whatever they are. These defects are an indication of a business that is flailing, and failing, which is why Papa John's is shutting down a giant slice of its stores nationwide. Go elsewhere. In the tri-cities area of Fayetteville, Newnan, & Peachtree City, the single best pizza is to be found at Partners II in Newnan, bar NONE!

If i could do a 0/10 review i could. We ordered 6 pizzas. One of the pizzas we received was wrong. We ordered no cheese on the pizza (vegan) and there was cheese on it. When we called the restaurant back the manager (woman) was incredibly rude. They would not make a new pizza for us without us having to pay $18 when originally we did the a $6.99 deal for multiple pizzas. When we were on the phone trying to figure out if we were going to order the pizza, the manager hung up in our face. When we got the manager back on the phone she was very argumentative and still would not accommodate us a pizza. I will not be returning to this location because this was ridiculous.

Sketchy location. Lights off and closed during normal business hours. Ran out of pizza dough and had someone bring some in a random regular SUV with the dough uncovered. Used to be a good location. Now you may not even get your food or may even get Food Poisoning is you do order from this nasty place. No thanks.
