  Do not go here - especially if you are a female traveling alone. The bathroom is disgusting - the stink of sewage is overpowering. The smell of the aggressive vagrants hanging out (and sleeping on the floor) is worse. Edit: Dude, sending a link to the generic McDonalds website is NOT a helpful response. As you well know, it requires a store number and other details no one would know just from going to this particular McDonald's. So blowing off bad reviews (while pretending to reply) just confirms that management does not care about the filth, stench or dangerous vagrants at this location. To be fair, the food was fine, and when the vagrant moved, an employee sprayed Lysol where he had been lying.

  I promise this location has the most incompetent workers i have ever experienced at a mcdonald's. I use the mobile app they have messed up on am entire order. Then today the system is down. I already ordered and paid for 1 sandwich. I showed my phone all they had to do was write the order number down give me the sandwich and when the system is up close the order out. I already paid why should I be inconvenienced due to your system. Nobody wanted to help me!!!! They just kept saying we can't do nothing until the system is up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! JUST SAD!

  You guys need to train your employees to make sure they actually pay attention to the correct order of which cars get to place their orders first in your drive throughs. Its absolutely unacceptable that someone else who just drove up its able to have their order taken before mine when I was already in line waiting and where I ask the employee why did that happen they say oh I dont know. I wont be going to any of your establishments because its a waste of time. The location if youre winding is 4021 Lawrenceville hwy in Georgia. Absolutely distasteful experience
