  We frequent this location alot. Our server was Monte on this past visit. He was warm, personable and very friendly. We ended up having a moving conversation and he'd expressed how he'd been in the food service industry for 23 years. His professionalism reflects his years of service. He went the extra mile in accommodating us, answering questions and making sure we were satisfied with everything. Thank you Monte for an amazing experience and I hope that as you continue to journey along, that everything that you touch, turns to gold. I know your Mom would be so proud. -The Allen's 💕

  Marlow’s owner is a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) graduate, and it shows in the menus that change every quarter and highlight fresh, updated and healthier bar food. The Northlake location is unique due to being attached to the Hilton Hotel. While it’s not the prettiest space, the service is outstanding- especially bartender Juan who lives and breathes service and has a love for serving others in his bones. Always cheerful and anticipating guests’ needs, Juan is a gem that Marlow’s is lucky to have. Bon appetit!

  We used to meet friends here a couple times a year (central location between us) but we are moving elsewhere. The menu has changed over time, becoming less interesting but more expensive. Service is also lacking. This last visit the food came out 1 or 2 plates at a time over the span of 20 min or so. Fries never received. Almost every glass at the table empty and people thirsty. Just no real draw anymore....

  (4-22-2026. Northlake Location. 4:00-6:15 p.m.) I have been a loyal Marlow’s customer for years and have frequently recommended this restaurant, despite the typically slow service. However, my experience tonight was totally unacceptable. After receiving great initial service, our server disappeared for over 30 minutes. When I requested a manager, I waited another 15 minutes only to receive no clear explanation or any gesture to rectify the situation. I later learned there may have been an internal payroll issue involving the staff; while I sympathize with the employees, internal problems should never take precedence over the guest experience. As a former industry professional, I was disappointed that no effort—not even a simple dessert—was offered to make amends. I can no longer recommend this location (for the service). The firecracker shrimp, crab dip, and drinks were the only positives.
