- LLLiz LJul 25, 20261.0Quedé muy decepcionada con mi experiencia. Hice mi pedido a domicilio y, además de la comida, pagué por varios extras como salsas, aderezo, repollo y cebolla. Antes de que prepararan la orden llamé al restaurante para pedirles un favor: que todos esos extras los empacaran por separado y que las tajadas del pollo las prepararan de una forma específica para que llegaran en buen estado. Lamentablemente, no tomaron en cuenta ninguna de mis indicaciones. Las tajadas llegaron como ellos quisieron prepararlas y todos los extras que pagué aparte los mezclaron dentro del mismo recipiente de la comida, a pesar de que llamé expresamente para evitar eso. Al abrir la orden, la presentación era muy desordenada. Todo estaba revuelto y la comida se veía poco apetitosa. En lugar de darme ganas de comer, parecía una comida mal empacada y sin el cuidado que uno espera, especialmente cuando está pagando por ingredientes adicionales y haciendo solicitudes con anticipación. No se trata solo del sabor, sino también de la atención al cliente y de respetar las instrucciones del pedido. Si un cliente llama para confirmar una solicitud especial, lo mínimo es que se tome en cuenta. Espero que mejoren la forma en que preparan y empacan los pedidos a domicilio.
