  This Jimmy John’s is hit or miss in service. I had a reward that i have gotten before here when it came around. This time I was told you have to order online to get it. After I waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me at the counter. And now they stopped having brewed tea. So I just walked out and left. They lost my business this day.

  Poor service. I did not get the pickle I ordered. When I returned a few minutes later, one of the guys spent forever trying to find my order making me feel like a liar over a pickle. After several minutes, he reluctantly gave me the pickle. They have also stopped carrying ice tea. I will not be returning.

  Salt and Vinegar Chips are not BBQ.......When someone orders BBQ chips, why give them Salt and Vinegar........ Second time this week ordering and they messed up again, this time putting cheese on my sandwich when I selected "NO CHEESE" apparently there is a reading problem up there

  Poor customer service. We ordered two turkey avocado sandwiches, picked them up, drove home and found out one sandwich had no turkey and both had no avocado. Drove all the way back and the people laughed at the mistake and then started remaking it with no apologies for our inconvenience. We asked for them to be remade and to give us some compensation for our hassle. They refused and so we asked for a refund. They made rude comments to us as we left.
