I was highly disappointed in thr service I received planning my husband's retirement party this last weekend. I originally called this location to speak with the event coordinator, they gave me a # to call and it was disconnected. I called again and they gave me another #, also disconnected. I completed the online event form and waited a couple of days, nothing. I called again and they gave me an email. I finally heard from Heather and she was able to accommodate my request. We needed seating for 30 ppl. I contacted Heather 2 days before the event to tell her I wanted to pre-order some appetizers. No response. We arrive to the restaurant on Saturday and nobody knew of a party of 30 coming in. They started scrambling around moving tables. Our guests started to arrive and after 15 minutes they got us seated. We had 1 server for a table of 18 and the other 1 for the other table. The servers did the best they could. I ordered appetizers for the entire table before people ordered their food and they didnt bring plates (I asked 3times). We had to eat using paper towels or the platters themselves. Not sure who dropped the ball here but it was a very frustrating experience. I did email the event planner, Heather after and she was most apologetic and willing to make it right.

The automatic gratuity you should start with that. The waitress should have checked on us more often. We had to flag her down . If she didn't have the automatic gratuity, I would have tipped more. I was drunk, I would have tiped you were pretty.....

I had the Cheese Burger. I looked great but had a funny smell🤔 It tasted ok but the smell made me not want it. IDK if it was a fluke or a seasoning they used or my nose, but I didn't like it. I will have to go back and determine.

I order Uber Eats from here because they have some healthy options typically order the glazed salmon well done and another medium. They know their temperatures and it is always hot when I get it it’s packaged well and the t bone while not a steak house cut is affected and underestimated and again cooked to the right temp. Fabulous place to order a healthy meal if you sort through the menu. Thanks guys and gals!

I’m going to be completely honest because I really wanted to like this place. I previously ordered the Cobb salad and was extremely disappointed with the freshness and overall quality of the food. I decided to give Hudson Grille another chance today because the menu has so much potential, but unfortunately, this experience was even worse. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sliders, 6 cauliflower wings — half Sweet & Spicy and half Sugar Daddy, and the Georgia Waffle. First, the cauliflower wings were extremely disappointing. I specifically paid extra to have them split half and half, but instead, my flavors appeared to be mixed together into one very thick, extremely peppery sauce. I couldn’t distinguish the flavors I actually ordered. I was really looking forward to trying both sauces, so that was frustrating. Then I tried the Buffalo Chicken Sliders. The chicken was severely overcooked and extremely hard and dry. It was so tough that I genuinely felt like I could break a tooth trying to eat it. Chicken should never be that difficult to chew. I thought, okay, maybe the dessert will save this meal. Unfortunately, the Georgia Waffle was another disappointment. The waffle tasted like a premade/manufactured Belgian waffle rather than something freshly prepared, and the peaches tasted like they were past their prime. The vanilla ice cream was bland, and overall the dessert lacked flavor and freshness. For something called a Georgia Waffle, I expected this to be one of the highlights. What bothers me most is that this place has so much potential. The menu sounds amazing, and I genuinely wanted to enjoy it. But the food quality simply isn’t matching the expectations or the prices. I honestly don’t understand some of the glowing reviews because my experiences have been consistently poor when it comes to freshness, preparation, and flavor. Please improve the food quality. Please make sure sauces are prepared and portioned according to what customers actually order, stop overcooking the chicken, and prioritize fresh ingredients. There is a good concept here, but the execution needs serious improvement. I was really rooting for you guys, but unfortunately, you let me down again. Please do better, because this place has the potential to be so much better than what I experienced.
