This is not a negative review of the location I'm at. ----- Lady that took my order was very sweet and had a sense of humor as I CHOKED on how much things cost here for fast food. 12 dollars for a cheese burger? Expensive for a fast food burger, but whatever. It was a decent burger for fast food, But this was not a $12 Burger. No way. What got me was they wanted and ADDITIONAL 6 dollars for a small order of fries and 3.50 for a small coke. $6 for french fries AND 12 for the burger? How does one quantify that being ok Admittedly, I don't eat fast food very often So I may be out of the loop and don't know how much this would cost at another place, but I am certain I will never pay 6 bucks for fries that go with a 12 dollar burger. I know I won't be back. I'll keep my my $23 for a burger fry and Coke and go to a nice restaurant.

My friend got a milkshake, I tried it, actually liked it, and literally turned the car around to come back (with gas priced how it is) and give this awful business another chance. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude, dismissive teenager who clearly did not care about providing a morsel of decent customer service. After going out of my way to come back, that interaction was enough for me. I won’t be back. The 3.7 makes a lot more sense now. And no I don’t want to reach out to contact a random email inbox that won’t reply, I wanted a milkshake. Went right down the street for a Wayback Burgers milkshake!

I decided to give them a shot and placed an order through their app. When I arrived to pick up my food on the final day of the promotion, the location was pure madness, packed with people waiting for their food. Despite the intense rush, the entire operation ran like a well-oiled machine. The crew in the back was working hard, efficiently, and with incredible focus to keep orders moving. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my order was ready right on time according to the app’s estimated window. I grabbed my food and headed home. As a first timer, I was very impressed. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and hit the spot. I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience. I will definitely be coming back!
