    Slowest dutch bros in the state! 30 minute plus wait time and the staff is rude and unhelpful.

    We drove out of our way to come to Dutch bros because we were so excited that Atlanta has them now. The employee lied to my face and said they were “out of coffee until the delivery tomorrow”. When I pointed to the full grinder behind her and asked if I could have that coffee she changed her story to “oh well the grinder is broken that’s why the light is off”. They had already cleaned the machines and equipment and were just lying. I can understand being out of stock, lying to my face is unacceptable.

    I like their coffee but if you have to be to work or anything important don't come here. Waiting in line for 20+ minutes is crazy. Also the way the drive through is set up the lane on the right mergers into one lane so you are waiting longer.

    My daughter shared that she wanted to experience Dutch Bros Coffee, after finding it on Google. We arrived and noticed that they have a drive through window and a walk up window for convenience. There is plenty of parking and the menu is posted in large print on the outside of the building with pictures for clarity. The staff is welcoming, the service is timely, and the prices are reasonable. My daughter ordered the large iced mocha with whip cream and was very pleased.
