  Pizza was nasty. No sauce and very doughy and almost raw. Getting someone on the phone IMPOSSIBLE. do not order Dominos. It’s been going downhill for years so I thought I’d give it another chance. BIG mistake.

  Bad customer service at this Dominos location. We have been coming here for years since we live in the area and never had an experience as such, I came to order 2 medium pizzas, wings, and cinnamon dessert. Well I tell Elijah (General Manager) as his picture is on the wall, how the my order is, all while he was on the phone texting and taking my order then he comes to give me my order with 1 pizza with all the toppings I had ordered for each individual pizza, simple miscommunication easy fix right, no instead of having a simple conversation he began to cuss and complain that I was wrong for pointing it out, that is not proper customer service, that is not how you treat a customer for a simple misunderstanding that could of been fixed normally without acting in that manner, it took for an incoming employee clocking in to be nice to me to fix my order and apologize to me when that should be the general managers job. Poor customer service I have experienced here will not be coming back.

  The spicy buffalo Mac n cheese didn’t have any spicy buffalo on it and they forgot to give me my garlic dipping sauce

  Beware, some of the people at this location do not know how to read a ticket or make a pizza. The order was for two large pizza with double pepperoni, double bacon, pineapple, spinach, and onion in which they barely put sauce on. We also had order two order pizza the were dry as a dessert. I think the store has a food shortage issue and they are shorten customers to make up for it. When I called back and spoke with Davis which was suppose to be the manager (I am doubtful because of the lack of professionalism) said he would remake them and deliver them in 30 to 40 minutes. The problem with that is it was a pickup and he didn't have my address. After I asked do you want my address, he said that's out of our delivery area. He then said you will need to bring them back and I can remake them. We'll as I had already explain I was unable to return to store. Then their was dead silence until I said hello about 5 time and ask for corporates phone number. He said they do not have corporates number and I would need to log on to dominos.com. This was the worst customer service and some very horrible tasting pizza.
