- JRJaime RobledoOct 2, 20262.0I never thought I'd say this about a Chick-fil-a, but they failed in basic customer service this morning. Chick-fil-a is famous for super efficient and courteous/friendly drive-thru service. It's what we've come to expect from every Chick-fil-a, hence why we also willingly pay the prices we do when visiting one. However, for the first time in all my times going to Chick-fil-a I was treated like I was a burden rather than a valued customer. There were only 4 cars in the normally busy drive-thru, yet it took forever for the 2 attendants to attend us. There was not the usual sense of urgency at all. Then when taking the order, no smile, no greeting, just essentially got the "what do you want?" response and attitude. When I asked about getting a paper receipt because this was a larger order that will go on an expense report later, I was given the not so friendly answer of "you'll get one when you pull up" accompanied by an actual eye roll. When I was given my food, once again, not a smile, not a greeting, not a "have a nice day".....simply handed my bag of food and turned their back and walked off. Sorry folks, but this is not the level of customer service that merits loyal patronage and willingness to pay exorbitant prices. Someone at this location needs to do a better job of monitoring and coaching in order to bring some of their staff back into the correct and basic level of customer service expected from this brand. It's not hard. A simple smile and friendly greeting goes a long way in business and in life for that matter. It doesn't cost anything and it's not hard to do, but it's the least you can do when we are paying $7 for a biscuit. After all, there are many less expensive places we can go for breakfast.

Slow service and their layout for drive thru is poor (literally one lane so if you're order is delayed and you're at the front of the line of cars, you're gonna either be honked at or you're going to be blocking everyone else in). As far as I know, managers for a chick fil a franchise get paid a decent salary but this place definitely has a manager who does very little for their pay. I also know Chick Fil A corporate places a lot of emphasis on their image and location for their franchise. Kind of crazy that they're letting this place be run like this. Look at the other reviews. Speaks for itself when a Chick Fil A that isn't even in a busy metro region has 3.9 stars.

Instead of just taking my order and taking my money, the staff completely refused to serve me simply because I didn’t have a car. It is an absolute joke to turn away a paying customer who is standing right there.To make matters worse, the manager was unbelievably rude and hostile. When I tried to explain the situation, they talked down to me, acted completely dismissive, and showed zero respect. Chick-fil-A constantly brags about its "excellent customer service," but the management at this store is a total disgrace. I will never spend another dime at this location, and corporate needs to look into how this power-tripping manager treats people.
