My fries, half of them were over cooked, my drink was partially full and the zombie that brought my order was lifeless, blank look on his face, didn't speak when spoken too, and carried my drink with his hand, across the lid!! I don't know who trained him but he needs to redo his training. This used to be my favorite CFA but it's slipping just like every other fast food resturant. Sad, but true. Customer Service is slipping away faster everyday!

When asked for my method of payment, I said cash, and then I was asked what kind of cash, which caught me off guard. Cash is cash, and the process at the window felt unnecessarily awkward, with the register being opened and change handled in a way I’m not used to seeing. I also wasn’t given the opportunity to scan my Chick‑fil‑A app, which was disappointing—especially since the location wasn’t particularly busy at the time. As for the food, it was average. The burrito was noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chick‑fil‑A locations—almost cigar‑sized. I understand rising costs, but paying nearly $5 for a portion that small felt more cost‑driven than customer‑focused. Because of the service experience, I’m giving this location 1 star for service and 3 stars for food. I hope this feedback helps others be aware and encourages the location to improve consistency with the brand’s usual standards.
