I visited the Bojangles in Tucker on the morning of July 1st. I arrived at approximately 6:35 a.m. and placed a drive-thru order totaling a little over $40. After I paid, the employee asked me to pull forward. When I asked how long it would take, she said it wouldn't be long and explained that they were "on a timer." I ended up sitting in my car for nearly 10 minutes with no food. I then drove back around the drive-thru and noticed another customer had also been waiting several minutes for her order. At that point, I requested a refund because the wait was unreasonable. I also asked the manager for a receipt showing that my refund had been processed. The manager, a young African American woman, responded with a rude attitude and stated that she had to keep the original receipt attached to the refund copy. I did not receive any proof of my refund. I didn't leave the restaurant until almost 7:00 a.m., meaning I spent about 20 minutes there with no food. This is the second or third issue I've had with this particular Bojangles location. The employees are often disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. What is most concerning is that customers appear to be pulled forward and parked simply to improve the drive-thru timer metrics, making it look as though orders are being completed quickly when customers are actually waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally, I don't understand why basic breakfast items like chicken biscuits and steak biscuits were not ready first thing in the morning. The manager on duty on July 1st was one of the most unprofessional managers I have encountered. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have been consistently disappointing, and I cannot recommend this Bojangles location to others.

It’s obvious that they used left over biscuits from the previous day to fill breakfast orders. The bacon egg &cheese biscuit was horrible. The biscuit was so hard , tough and dry, i ended up throwing it away and grabbing a breakfast sandwhich from Quick Trip. I expect fresh food at 7am. This was a waste of time and money. Who idea is it to use the left over biscuits from the previous day? I opted out returning the biscuit to avoid confrontation. The staff seems to always rush you even when there aren’t many customers. Very disappointed!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes (with nobody ordering in front of me) and when I asked if they were taking orders inside. The employee, irritated, replied "I said 1 moment". Decided I didn't really need Bojangles
