  I work at voter polls across the street , i ordered for the first time ever because it was close by First off, the app offers a free chicken sandwich.But when you order, it only lets you order it grilled for the past two weeks .Me and my coworkers would order grilled sandwiches and just ask for it. Fried when we arrived and they would make a switch no problem ! but on today, after waiting ten minutes for someone to help me at the counter, they told me they could not make the switch.Because it was already made! I told them we had been doing it all week but she yelled that she would inform the team not to switch because it would mess up her inventory! I informed her that we order from the app and the fried sandwiches are not available on the app, I even showed her the app and the sandwiches on the app and that it only offers grilled , she states thats not her problem she has no control over the app! Im like so if I can't order on app what option do I have, so in short I had to buy 3 Fried bo sandwiches and pay full price even tho order for free, Great customer service brings back customers , but I must say this was my last time ever going to this location ever again! Thanks for the horrible customer service experience,

  Everything was good and hit the spot. I had the 6 piece Bo bites combo with buffalo sauce. That might be my go to. Manager was really loud, I wouldn’t consider her service “good” but her team in the back delivered

  I sat in line for literally 30 minutes for a steak biscuit and a Cajun biscuit. I was on break at work and I had to leave and go back to work with no food. It’s honestly not rocket science. You can see the people in the window cutting up and not giving any kind of care to the customers

  This stores give a whole new meaning to the word. Fast food, their drive to Truly Sucks. You go inside and there's a line backed up, you know, I remember one time I bought 2 biscuits and they gave you a coupon. A ticket or a receipt that says, do the survey and you would get a free biscuit. So I did the survey, and the ticket said, either print out. And show to the cashier or show the cashier, your phone, the code or the phone would tell you that there's a free biscuit. I got to the window. They told me I had to print it out. Tell me how many people ride around for printer in the vehicle You come through the drive through. There's 5 or 6 cars sitting in the drive through one car at the window on other side. It's ridiculous. I'll leave right round a corner from that store. And they are time that I would rather go to pinola road, to get my breakfast on the way to work.Which pushed me out of of the way.

  First went through the drive thru, only got the AI bot for ordering. It kept recommending us food we didn’t want. We told it to stop giving us unwanted recommendations and it finished out our order before we could finish. We decided to go inside to place our order, we were told rudely to wait on the other side. We stood there and waited for about 5 minutes, watching the girl who told us to wait stand where she was and not move. We finally decided to go somewhere else and leave and only then were we asked if we were ready to order.
