  Wait like crazy the employees act like they are too good to be working there and give everyone an attitude. They skimp out on your food ordered no rounds and half the container was empty forgot to give me food through the drive thru and had to go back in the store to get the rest of my order for a place so expensive I could get better service at dollar tree this store is a joke.

  Only fast food restaurant I like friendly and fast the Bo rounds are pretty awesome.

  I visited Bojangles yesterday and had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 plain chicken sandwich, but it was stale and hard, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. When I took it back, they gave me a replacement only one , argued that I only got one , never gave me opportunity to show receipt for 2 that was pink and raw inside—unsafe to eat, so I had to give it to my dog. Today, I went back, and the manager was extremely rude—didn’t apologize, just handed me another sandwich (wrong one again!) and charged me for extra sauce. I won’t be coming back.
