  With 3 weeks now have had my order lost and twice not received my food i ordered. All of this in drive thru.

  Never come here because it sucks gave it a chance today on my lunch break pulled up to the window said hello no response waiting a couple minutes said hello again waited a couple more minutes raised my voice and said hello again then someone responded with a very shitty attitude and told me to wait then I ordered got my food and none of it was right my drink wasn’t all the way full but I didn’t really care I was just ready to get back to work got back to work to see my fries are half full my sandwich is missing cheese bacon and some kind of sauce. I called no one asked for my name said sorry just said Come in before 5 and I’ll make it right I don’t get off till five and I came into work fav 430. Paid 17 bucks for bad customer service and bad food on my long shift thank you Arby’s!!

  This is one of the better Arby's we've been to. Service was fast. Employees are friendly. The French fries were hot. My sandwich was spot on and the restaurant was clean. This is a general Arby's observation. Arby's need a multi stall washroom for women. I kid you not everytime i go to an Arby's and it doesn't matter where, the women's washroom is always occupied when I arrive and I wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes for the woman to come out. I have no idea why just Arby's.... but it's happened my last 3 visits to 3 different Arby's. Not sure what the deal is about. The slowest part of my visit is the washrooms. So, for the sake of those who need facilities much longer than average it would be really helpful. I guess my biggest wonder is, why just Arby's)?

  Went through drive thru as I didnt have much time before I had to go to work. Ended up having to wait but it wasn't long.
