  This store and management all the way up has been a staple at helping our church bless others. And the food and service is always amazing. Can’t beat that!

  I have visited this Pizza Hut location several times, and today’s experience was concerning. While waiting to pick up a pan pizza I had just ordered, I observed a woman who appeared to be a manager walking throughout the restaurant and food preparation area wearing street clothes, flip-flops, and with long green hair blowing freely while employees were actively preparing food. Whether she was the manager or not, anyone handling or supervising food service should be following proper food safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, the employee at the front counter was wearing earbuds and was not paying attention to customers. I clearly stated multiple times that I was there to pick up a pizza order, yet he mistakenly believed I was there for a job interview and had to get someone else involved because he wasn’t listening. The pizza was fine, but the lack of professionalism, food safety awareness, and customer service was disappointing. Management should take a closer look at these issues to ensure customers feel confident about the standards being followed.

  The manager yesterday morning was extremely courteous and helpful. She recognized my order wasn't correct before I left. Fixed it immediately.

  Pretty standard as far as Pizza Hut goes. Polite. Helpful. Rarely is my online order not ready for pick up at the pickup time.
