  I placed an order over the phone with this Papa John’s, and the employee told us it would be ready. We arrived about 5 minutes later, and the location looked closed. We saw the employees inside. When we called them, the same employee told us they “didn’t have time to make the order,” so they voided it. The frustrating part is that no one called to let us know, no one apologized properly, and we wasted a trip because they accepted the order and then canceled it without communicating. If they were too busy or closing, they should have said that before taking the order. Very unprofessional customer service and a really disappointing experience.

  My experience tonight was absolutely wonderful. I placed my order online, and had intended it to be delivered, but I accidentally placed the order for carry out. I called the store and they changed it right over to delivery with no problem. After that the order arrived quickly. The driver was very nice even though it was raining. Also, The best thing was the order was hot, and correct, even down to the extra sauces. The best pizza, and experience I have had in a long time, from a pizza establishment.

  Passing through the area and stopped for the night, we ordered some pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were the best I’ve had in a very very long time! The pizza was also amazing! Great job!

  I tried pizza from this place and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly baked, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The staff was friendly, and my order arrived quickly. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. 🍕
