  I was waiting for an order (not my own) and a girl came in that had just gotten back from a delivery, she started boxing up pizza that had just come out of the oven....NO gloves and she did NOT wash her hands when she came in. Prior to her starting to box up the pizza, she hit her vape. There was a guy in there also that was making pizzas, also NO gloves. With pepperoni in his hand, he walked over to one of the computers and with his free hand he started typing on the keyboard. Once he was done, with that same hand he started getting pieces of pepperoni from the pile he was holding in his other hand. I started to call the customer and let them know but I didn't. I was completely disgusted at what I witnessed.🤢

  What a terrible experience from this location. Looks like they played Frisbee with the pizza on the way to deliver. Driver wqs less than friendly also. Zero stars, do not recommend.

  I placed an order over the phone with this Papa John’s, and the employee told us it would be ready. We arrived about 5 minutes later, and the location looked closed. We saw the employees inside. When we called them, the same employee told us they “didn’t have time to make the order,” so they voided it. The frustrating part is that no one called to let us know, no one apologized properly, and we wasted a trip because they accepted the order and then canceled it without communicating. If they were too busy or closing, they should have said that before taking the order. Very unprofessional customer service and a really disappointing experience.

  My experience tonight was absolutely wonderful. I placed my order online, and had intended it to be delivered, but I accidentally placed the order for carry out. I called the store and they changed it right over to delivery with no problem. After that the order arrived quickly. The driver was very nice even though it was raining. Also, The best thing was the order was hot, and correct, even down to the extra sauces. The best pizza, and experience I have had in a long time, from a pizza establishment.
