  I went through the drive thru at 12:55 today and the lady at the drive thru was so rude and disrespectful. We ordered one meal and one bowl and when we asked where our drink was the cashier yelled at us and said we didn’t order no meals and slammed the window door in our face. I know everyone has a bad day but this is by far the worst service I’ve had through a drive thru !! WILL NOT Be back, also food was not even hot!

  Tifton Ga. The manager needs to be taught how to train her employees and do the manager’s job. I went in at1 PM Sunday 9/20/26. The lady at the desk stared at me for a moment and I told her several people including my wife were looking for napkins. She continued to stare at me and I stated again the people were needing napkins. She replied are you going to give me your order. I felt as if she did not hear anything I said. I told her yes ma’am and I proceeded to give her my and my wife’s order she replied “we are out of the potato cakes. I asked if they had Jamoica shakes and she said no, flatly. I asked if she had heard me when I told her that my wife and a couple of other people needed napkins. She glared at me and stated they were out of napkins…. If management can’t provide the items that are on the menu, and napkins the manager needs to be replaced. If the front counter person can’t be polite and treat the customer like we pay her salary the she shouldn’t be on the front counter representing the restaurant called Arby's. As much as do like beef and cheddar sandwiches I will not return to the Arby’s in Tifton Ga!

  Average Arby's. Clean and nice associates. It appeared to me that the French dip was smaller than other Arby's and the bread was not as expected. At this time they would only accept cash.

  Either you love or hate Arby's. Drive through service has always been good.

  The beef and cheddar is my favorite. They also have good honey mustard, I dip my curly fries in that. I also Love the jalapeno poppers, they are the best!
