  I am still in shock as to why this business feels entitled to a "tip". I have just started going to 7 brew and after today I will not return. I order my drink and cashier ask cash or card. I reply cash she gave me the total of 4.36 I had her a 5 she then hands me a dime in change and says this is all the chane I have for you. This is unacceptable in my opinion. My change is a dime no 7 brew my change should have been .64 cents not a dime. I know I am just one person but you have list my business. The tip entitlement is completely out of control.

  Kind and polite employees-- southern charm! Banana Bread Breve was fabulous; not a huge fan of the cookie butter blondie - just was a bit bland for me, but that's ok! Always love a stop at a 7Brew!

  They are very nice here but they skimp so hard on the syrups. I ordered a large extra sweet AND extra cupcake and its still not sweet at all. They dont even fill up the scoop with syrup. I sat and watched it. And the tall light skinned girl had a tude that made me not want to ask for anymore assistance

  I just had the best experience at 7 Brew on the 4th and the 5th by taking a minute recognizing a sweet young lady because she absolutely deserves it. I don’t know her name, but she had her hair pulled up in a ponytail with a white ribbon, clear glasses, a blue shirt, red shorts, white shoes, and a little tattoo on her face. When I first came through, it was busy as all get-out, and I’d been waiting a little bit for someone to take my order. The minute she stepped outside, she got right to work. That child was just everywhere at once! She was hustling back and forth between both drive-thru lanes, making sure everybody got taken care of. It was hotter than blazes outside, but she never once lost that big smile on her face. She was kind, polite, and patient when I wasn’t sure what to get but she had recommended the tropic thunder energy and it was delicious! But I had came again to get that drink again that th young lady had recommended and when I came back the very next day, and there she was again doing the very same thing. Still smiling, still working harder than anybody else I saw, and still making sure everyone was taken care of. You just don’t see that kind of work ethic very often anymore, especially in this heat. I sure do hope y’all recognize that sweet girl for everything she does. Young people like her are a blessing, and she ought to know that her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. She made this old lady smile, and I just wanted to make sure somebody knew what a fine job she’s doing.

  Normally I love this place, but whoever made my coffee around 5:30pm today, don’t ever do that again. You weren’t born to be a barista. Tastes like sadness and disappointment. And water.
