- JJJessika Johnson5 days ago5.0This was by far the cleanest Most established Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been in. We went through the drive-through, but stopped to use the restroom as well. I’ve never seen a restroom at a fast food chain stocked with tampons pads, diapers, wipes, mouthwash, hand, sanitizer, and soap. We were so shocked we had to go back in and take pictures. To the franchise owners, job well done we were impressed!!!

It was 8:55; I left my trailer at the Circle K gas station right next door and walked over to place an order. I literally stood there for seven minutes, and no one attended to me; yet, some white guys came in and were served before I was—only *then* did they finally get around to serving me. ????? This has never happened to me before—especially not at a place I usually frequent, though typically not this specific location. God bless America—and especially those of us who went to war for people who don't appreciate what we did.

I've only been here maybe 2 times through the drive through and once inside but I can say that the service is always fantastic and the food is always fresh and delicious. The inside was very clean, we got our food really fast, the play area was nice and my duaghter loved it

Always check your meal before you leave. Beware, they may refuse to remake their mistake because they’re “too busy”. Honestly, if you’re driving up the interstate just go to Grovetown. Never received poor customer service or incorrect orders there.
