    Slow slow slow… order a mobile order… took 20 mins to get my order and nobody in the drive thru… sad all Thomson restaurants are super slow….

    Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes after giving our order at the speaker. When we finally got to the window the young lady didn't have our order on the screen so she started to TAKE OUR ORDER ALL OVER AGAIN. We opted to leave as we were trying to get something quick to eat. SO SO disappointing and maddening. Do better!!!!!!!

    When they're slow it's terrible and when they're busy it's worse! Even the managers have bad attitudes and don't seem to be able to handle any business.
