  I would like to comment concerning my server. Her name is samari. I have been a customer here for a while in Thomasville Georgia area. First of all I would like to say that the renovations are awesome!! My server Samari is a very good server. She's congenial, She's kind and she's caring... She is definitely an awesome server hands down!! I would definitely like to give her kudos for her service. Thank you samari. You are definitely what the Pizza Hut company and family needs, especially in a world. That is so confused and cruel... I love coming here after a hard day at work and wind down And enjoy a good meal... She makes the meal taste better 🩷LOL We love Samari Keep up the good work.   Their great when I was there the whole store was being remodeled. And they were making it happen with just the drive thru. Hats off to all.

  Me and my husband just ordered food with wings and got home to realize there was only sauce on like one wing and they were all soggy. I have to go to bed to be up at 4am for work, but my husband went back anyways to have them remake them. Instead of them being understanding, the lady in the window snatched the box from him, told him he “just didn’t shake the box” with an attitude and proceeded to pass the box around to multiple people in the window to prove him wrong instead of just remaking them. When he told them he was still unsatisfied because there still was barely sauce for one wing and they were soggy, they started talking about him in front of his face. He has now been waiting over 20 minutes just for them to remake them. Now by the time he gets home his pizza will be cold. Heavy set lady in the window and who i assume is her manager needs to learn that it’s not hard to be kind to others, especially on a customer service job.
