  I am a regular customer and order from Papa John's frequently, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Tonight, my husband and I ordered two pizzas—one with Alfredo sauce and one with marinara sauce. There was so little sauce on either pizza that we could barely tell the difference between them. We also paid for extra cheese, but there was no noticeable extra cheese on either pizza. When I called to discuss the issue, the manager, whose name I believe was Makita, was very rude. During the call, she told me we would receive a refund and then hung up on me. My son immediately left to pick up the refund because she never mentioned that the food needed to be returned. After he had already left, she called me back and told me that I needed to bring the food back to the store. When I explained that my son had already left, she was rude again and hung up the phone. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from Papa John's before. As a loyal, regular customer, I found this situation very upsetting and disappointing. The lack of quality in the food, combined with the unprofessional and disrespectful customer service, made for a very negative experience.
