  My husband went into Jack's to get lunch and I have been on a high protein diet. In my opinion, they have the best eggs in town. The manager personally cleaned the grill after lunchtime and made several orders of eggs for me so I could have something that I could comfortably eat on my diet. I'm very pleased with the customer service at Jack's. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied and that's why we return time and time again. We're very pleased with our experience at the Thomasville, Georgia restaurant.

  New Customer, 1st time dining in, loved the appearance of this new restaurant, inside and out, clean restrooms, friendly staff...the prices are reasonable and FOOD was DELICIOUS!!!! Love that there's everything to choose from, breakfast, lunch sandwich combos /dinner plates and the bonus of desserts ice cream...Hand-scooped!!! Definitely going to be a favorite hot spot to dine or drive thru. Oh and the inside is lovely setting for seating of family and friends, even a little cozy fireplace seating area. Try It!!

  Was good when it first opened but have been steady going down,flies in my food ,ice cold breakfast wraps, and multiple managers that act like they are on top of things and fixing the issues when in reality they are just trying to shut you up about the crappy food and service, constantly getting the orders wrong, while we were there about a order wrong another man came in with a bag full of food saying nothing in the bag was what he ordered if I was you just go somewhere else,not worth it, and no one cares about fixing it,sad really considering this is a brand new location only about a year old , you would think maybe corporate might do something other than make promises and do nothing which might explain the rest of it I guess SMH 😠oh picture #2 is what you get for biscuits and gravy 🤣 slopped in barely any gravy smh oh and so called management, Wesley, and Mr.patrick just exudes what is going on with this location,

  Tangie, here on the morning shift at the jacks in Thomasville Ga, was beyond exceptional, since I’ve had years of customer service skills myself, I was beyond proud to see that their are still good people out there that value how they treat others.

  Ms. Beverly has awesome customer experience. It was a pleasure to not have excellent customer service with me, but to the other customers that walked into the facility. Ms. Beverly made all the difference as she was the first contact person with a smile. Thank Ms. Beverly for me as I will continue to come back because of the wonderful experience of her. The food was also wondsrful.
