  Arby's is not as good as it used to be, and I use to be a big supporter. I ordered the Reuben & curly fries & tea. Reuben did not have sour kraut and the bread was not fresh. Curly fries had a taste of fish, from old grease. Tea was weak but had too much sugar. No wonder I was the only one in there!! I miss the way they use to be, quality has gone way down, including their hired help.

  TODAY I ORDERED A FRENCH DIP WHICH WAS VERY POOR MADE, NO CHEESE. PAID $5.40 DT332. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. IT IS SAD TO SEE CHANGES. PHONE ALWAYS BUSY. PLEASE GUIDE THE EMPLOYEES TO DO A BETTER JOB. THANK YOU.

  Order a gyro got home and sandwich wasn’t in the bag. Called and spoke to a manager and she said she would put my name down. Well, I came back today and my name wasn’t down. The manager that’s on duty is very rude. I see why the parking lot is always empty.
