  Drinks are subpar. It’s really hit or miss. They are more worried about their phones and each other than the customers. The only one that constantly get my drinks right is Sierra and she is RARELY there. The attitudes from the other employees are horrible they just play all day and get upset when drinks are sent back. Who is management? They all act like kids I’m not sure who to talk to. I’ve attempted to call but it’s not for this location or something. They need to be shut down or better training this is a hot mess. I hope no one else experience is like mine.

  Very good beverages. Staff member walked us through ordering since it was our first visit. Tasty products and decent pricing.

  I’ve been a long time customer and have been recently disappointed the morning shift has completely plummeted. I used to be able to count on their consistency and great customer service but since about January it’s been hard to spend my money there because not only is the drinks bad but the service is awful. The managers could care less they just sit outside texting and talking amongst each other while the employees are lost in the rush.
