  I was just at 7brew and it was a rude person I don’t know her name but she was very rude, she was complaining about a drink and didn’t even have a lot of flavors. Bad look for people trying to train other people so they can have a stand in Moultrie!

  The past couple times I have come to this location I’ve ordered my usual that I get everywhere else and they do the bare minimum every time. I ordered my blondie extra sweet with caramel drizzle. Tastes like straight coffee no flavor and not an ounce of caramel anywhere near the cup. 7brew do better!

  This was my first time trying 7 Brew, and I'm not from the Thomasville area. My drink was great, but unfortunately, my experience with customer service wasn't. The short girl who took my order didn't seem interested in helping me decide what to get. When I asked for recommendations, she let out a sigh that made it seem like I was bothering her. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for a more welcoming experience. The drink was good, but because of the service, I won't be back. :(

  Pulled in a 3:05 on 06/13/26 to order to coffees. Outside staff all sitting in the ground. Would not Walden up to vehicle to help. Would not engage me as a driven customer. They walked up to an area behind the next vehicle and stood in a very disinterested way… when asked if there was a menu, the answer was “it is online” Then, as I was searching the menu, the worker walked away without any comment or communication. I have visited 7brew a a number of times and the visit was much better. This was a disappointment and “sad state” for a business’ service. I politely left without making a purchase. I feel it is important to at least make a somewhat friendly engagement with your customers, not ignore them more than they are acknowledged. Recommendation: Spend just a fragment of Time on teaching customer service…
