  Spent 26.78 in the drive thru for all the fries to be cold/ warm. The Nuggets were warm as well. Apple definitely was hot. And to make matters worse they give us unsweetened tea. Beyond pissed & disappointed

  I’ve been to this McDonald’s quite a few times and I’ve never had a problem but the past 3 times I’ve been here my order is always a mess. It’s never wrong but the other day I got too snack wraps. When I got them they wasn’t even wrapped when I took the packaging off it just fell apart. Today I get a mccrispy and it is in a bath of mayo how am I supposed to eat my food if there and absurd amount of mayo on it? Im assuming they have a bunch of new crews because I’ve never had this problem

  I did a mobile order and proceeded to go pick up my order they ran out of meat so they couldn't serve me what I had ordered I was complaining about getting my money back because the lady I guess the manager tell me it could take up to 7 days I started complaining more got a little loud with her she refunded my money right away how do you run out of food like that whoever orders the groceries for the store needs to do their job not very good business just saying and I saw where somebody else found a roach in their food at the thomaston McDonald's that's gross what do we have to pay such high prices for roaches I'm not having what they are advertising.
