- SSSavannah SappOct 1, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. I originally went through the drive-thru. The menu board did not show the regular drink menu at all — one side showed seasonal drinks and the other side showed food. I was actually trying to get something simple and hot, but I could not see the normal coffee or tea options, so I had to ask questions about what was available. The employee seemed frustrated while I was trying to figure out what to order, so I ended up choosing the Cloud Latte from the seasonal menu based on the picture. The picture looked like a warm drink and did not appear to show ice. When I got to the window, I was handed an iced drink. I had never ordered it iced. I immediately said that I thought it was hot, and the employee simply told me it was not and handed it to me. I did not want to hold up the drive-thru, so I pulled around and went inside. The drink was completely untouched — I had not taken a sip — and I told them I did not want it. I asked for a refund and was told, “We don’t do refunds.” I understand that misunderstandings happen. What bothered me was that I never requested an iced drink, the regular drink menu was not visible, and when I immediately explained the problem, there was no attempt to remake it, offer another drink, or otherwise fix the situation. I spent nearly $7 on something I did not order the way it was given to me and did not want. For that price, I expected much better customer service.
