  The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. First we were skipped in line and our order wasn’t taken. Then we got medium when we asked for large, the lady’s response to this was “well I repeated back medium so if you wanted a large you could’ve said that then” even tho we said the mediums were fine we just wanted to make sure we didn’t pay for larges. The one is griffin is much more professional and they never get my order wrong.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Riya is absolutely AMAZING! 💕 She always has the best attitude, is so friendly and welcoming, and makes every visit to Seven Brew even better. Her customer service is top-notch, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys taking care of her customers. She always makes me feel appreciated and leaves me with a smile. Seven Brew is lucky to have someone like Riya on their team! 🫶🏼☕️✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Every time I come through the drive-thru, Merah makes the experience even better! Always so friendly, patient, and informative, no matter how busy it is. Her positive attitude and contagious energy can truly turn your whole day around. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond with such a genuine smile and outstanding customer service. 7 Brew is lucky to have a crew member like Merah ,I always look forward to coming back!

  Absolutely love this place!! And the customer service is 5 stars across the board. Renisha was literally the sweetest and had such a friendly personality . She suggested this drink Blondie add cookie butter , add cupcake , with cold foam and white chocolate drizzle. Chefs kiss. Thanks for the amazing customer service. I will most definitely be a regular.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at 7 Brew! Renisha Carriker provided AMAZING customer service. She was so friendly, welcoming, and made my visit a really pleasant one. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. My drink was great, and the service was even better! Thank you, Renisha, for making my experience so enjoyable. You definitely deserve to be recognized!
