I try to eat here for dinner all the time. It will be 7:30pm and the last 4 times I have ordered I get to the window and they tell me they are out of biscuits and ask if I want a boberry biscuit.... Why would i want a boberry spicey chicken biscuit or a gravy and boberry biscuit. The last time I was there I asked the lady at the window if you are out of biscuits how are you going to serve them for breakfast in the morning? She replied we will just make some more that moring?!!! Well make some now are you kidding me. This is a work ethic issue not a out of stock issue.

Don't post your hours for dinning until 9pm then have the doors locked at 8pm. Poor customer service especially when you are bever busy enough to overwhelm your staffing.

This is not Bojangles, it’s trailer trash with a drive thru. I’m from Charlotte born and raised on Bojangles. This was disrespectful. I’m a truck driver and walked up to Bojangles. I ordered my food maybe a few minutes after 8pm. I had no idea they close at 9 that’s really early for a Saturday night. The person you have as manager said to the girl who rang up my order “it ain’t to go?”, which she replied “ no it’s for here”. She became furious and asked: “don’t you wanna take it to go? Don’t you got somewhere else you can go?” That should be a major red flag. I’m a former Bojangles employee myself in the early 2000s. My Dad would eat at the original Bojangles restaurant in Charlotte for his lunch break back in the 80s. Since when is it that you run off the very people you need to stay in business? She stated that normally she locks the door at 8pm. It was 8:34 pm. This is counterproductive. You’re driving away customers. While eating my food she then starts to turn the lights out. Before she locked the doors, a couple came in demanding their food to be remade because their order was not right. She stated she could only give refunds in cash. This place doesn’t deserve the name Bojangles. I’m sure Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Zaxby’s, Hardee’s, would love to have my money. You’re selling chicken and serving satisfaction to the customers. Without customer service, you have no money.

Stopped here while traveling and had a really disappointing experience. There was no line at the drive-thru, yet the employee’s attitude was extremely rude and dry. Customer service should never feel like an inconvenience, especially when the place is empty. Because of how I was treated, I left and went next door to Burger King—and as I walked in, another customer was already saying how bad the service at Bojangles was. That says a lot. I won’t be coming back. Maybe if the attitudes were better, the place wouldn’t be so empty.
