When I asked how they were going to refund my card they told me to call the corporate office because they don't have anything to do with the app, they just make the food.

If you order on the mobile app, like I was stupid enough to do, and you show up and they don't have the items you ordered, they tell you that you have to cancel the order on your end. The trouble is, there's no way to cancel it on your end, and they keep your money and you get no food. So, the wise thing is to not even order from Jacks in Tallapoosa. They won't be stealing any more of my money.
