  Editing to add in response to Sonic: Thank you for your reply, but I'm wondering if this really will be taken care of? I'm seeing several bad reviews with similar complaints or other problems, and those were kinda recent. But yet, nothing has changed it seems. ******************************************* The Sonic in Swainsboro,GA. The only time we like going there is when the older lady is there. She's always so sweet. However, this time we went, we didn't see her there. We clicked the button, no answer. Waited a bit and clicked it again, and they asked us to hold. Then some younger woman came out to us, seeming a little aggravated and asked, "What is your order?" My husband replied that it was a big order, so she smashed the button, gave a little smile (that appeared sarcastic) and walked off. Just came off pretty rude. So we left and spent our money elsewhere. They missed out on a tip because we always tip. I understand she might have been having a bad day, but this happens a lot at this Sonic. This occurred on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 between 12 and 1 pm. Hopefully some retraining can be done to help with the attitudes. This review is coming from people who have experience working in the fast food industry.

  The 2 young ladies that were working on October 5 around 5:30 wasn’t pleasant at all! And my drink was wrong and taste like water

  This place is the slowest sonic I’ve been to. Almost 20 mins wait. There’s no customers in front of me and there’s a line behind me waiting to place an order this is terrible . Thursday 7pm

  Very disappointed and being lied to!!!! Is so unprofessional in swainsboro Georgia at Sonic I asked for six corn dogs and it's supposed to be a dollar corn dog on Thursday and she had to nerve to tell me I was a lie another unprofessional
