  Most horrible experience i had with McDonald's the customer service was awful cashiers were rude my order was wrong I had ordered big Mac meal and got a quarter pounder my other meal was a bacon quarter pounder and the burger was raw

  I found a feather in my fries it appeared to look like some kind of chicken fur it was towards the bottom of my fries so I didn’t see it until I was almost at the bottom so I immediately return and made them aware of the situation and also to receive a refund because it’s unacceptable as I was telling them the story a woman by the name of Jerry said you ate most of the fries and I said yes did not see the fur it wasn’t visible until I got to the bottom because that were it was at. and she was not trying to give me a refund and no apology was given very rude that’s not how you treat a customer and I come here all the time very unfortunate. I will be calling corporate.

  Abysmal service. Did an order through the app and while I'm in the drive through, which I sat in for 10 minutes, my order was canceled. I had to go inside to redo my order which took nearly as long. The service at this McDonald's has steadily been going downhill.

  Every time I go to this location and get a burger. I get an undercooked burger pink in the middle. Can you please find people that really care about cooking. And Not trying to kill someone?

  It's an okay restaurant the only problem is they don't even keep the ketchup, Mayo, jelly out anymore so you can get it and when you ask for it it's a problem they always give you an attitude about it it would help customer so much more if they would have it out so we could help ourselves especially when they're extremely busy
