  Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes no one took my order or anything I drove up to the window same thing never got any food food.

  It's Taco Bell. What can I say? Food is decent, pricing is decent, service is decent. You absolutely get what you pay for. There's certainly no Michelin star, but you get exactly what you pay for. I'm perfectly satisfied with the food and the price.

  Most of my experiences have been positive here but yesterday evening I went to pick up my online order to find the drive thru blocked with a blue Toyota. So I had to go inside (not thrilled because I had to leave my dog in my car, that was the point of ordering drive-thru). The woman working was not friendly and offered no explanation or apologies when I told her a car was blocking the drive-thru. However, the guy working was friendlier. I did get my order in a timely manner and the food was correct. This seems to be a regular theme with all Taco Bell’s around Atlanta. Getting half-decent service seems to be rare. Very disappointing because it’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I usually go weekly.
