  We come to Main Event at least twice a month, and Bobby has been the best employee we’ve met so far! He always greets us with a big smile and is incredibly helpful. Today our bowling balls got stuck a few times, and he came over each time to fix the lane without a single complaint—just kind, patient, and ready to help. Also, the $6 frozen margaritas were so good! Our boys had an amazing time with the games, and the human crane was such a fun experience. Thank you for making our visit even better, Bobby!

  After spending almost $300(not including drinks or food)for a family if 4, coming in at about 9:10 on a Tuesday night, we were informed that the kitchen closed at 10p.m when trying to feed my family at about 10:15. . I would've never spent any money knowing I wouldn't be able to feed my family at the same time. You had to find staff for Everything as well, adding to your waiting time

  We wanted to spend a little family time bowling and are NOT stuffy bowlers that expect quiet while we are on the approach. It was extremely unpleasant and the staff was clueless. On the lane next to us were teen boys hurling multiple balls at once hitting the pin sweep no less than 5 times and the staff did nothing. As an adult I am sure this place is great for a 15 year old but unless you can pack a ton of patience, stay away... I know I will.

  The service has really gone downhill at this location. We had a birthday party for my son here about 6 years ago and it was great. I took him and 4 of his friends today and unfortunately was dissatisfied with the experience. We sat ourselves at a table because there was no host to seat us, and it took about 15 minutes for a server to come. Once our server got there, she did a good job and was attentive, but our food (3 different appetizer combos) took a very long time to come out. About 1/3 of the game machines, including all of the skee ball machines, were broken and unusable - they were taking credits off the cards but not working. The Dippin Dots machine was also out of service. I waited at the La Bella's counter for a long time and several workers came over there to get cups, but none of them even acknowledged me. I finally had to go ask the bartender to help me so I could buy 5 slices of pizza. Also the person supervising the gravity ropes appeared to be under the influence of something. Another adult in our party did end up talking to the manager, who seemed to be totally unaware of what was happening out on the floor. We won't be back.

  Disappointed with my first experience here. Lunch was good, but the service was lackluster and we waited a long time for being the only people that had ordered food. About a third of the games in the arcade are currently broken or out of service. Three times I had machines stealing points from the card and not starting the game- I had to ask to have the points reloaded on. I do believe that if a child was using the token card with no supervising adult, they would be much less likely to notice that it’s stealing their points without starting the game. After checking reviews, I discovered this is an issue they’ve known about here for months. Not solving this is shameful. The worst of my complaints are reserved for the bowling alleys. The bowling balls are horrifically dinged- the worst I have ever seen in any bowling alley by a mile. Every single ball was covered with gouges. We tried to set up bumper bars for one player, but were told they’d have to be manually lifted by an employee and left up on our lane for the whole game- and so they were. Lastly, the pinsetter was also broken- it would miss pins when picking up, and then count those missed pins to our scores. Overall, the alleys are unusable. I don’t think I’ll be returning
