  The pizza was good but the service wasn’t great. For the laser tag my daughter and her friend had to wait a long time because there weren’t enough vests in the round they made reservations for they had to wait a long time to get in.

  The person at the laser tag area was too busy with his phone to help us out with anything, then, when we order a dinner platter it came with half the things they had on the menu but they'll ask for tips just for buying game pass!!

  Tahj was amazing hosting my son Giovanni’s birthday! From start to finish, everything was well organized, welcoming, and stress-free. He made sure the kids were entertained and having fun the entire time, and his energy really set the tone for a great party. The setup was beautiful, and he paid attention to the little details that made the day feel special. He was also very communicative and accommodating, making sure all of our needs were met and that everything ran smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great experience for both the kids and the parents. Giovanni had such a great time, and so did all of his friends. I would definitely recommend Tahj to anyone looking to host a fun, memorable, and well run event. We’ll absolutely be booking with him again!

  I paid $74 for two people to bowl for 2 hours, and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price. We were first placed on lane 2, but it broke down twice because the pins kept malfunctioning. I also set bumpers for player two, but they never came up when it was her turn. The staff member at the front desk was very kind and helpful—no complaints there at all. She moved us to lane 3 so we could continue, which I appreciated. However, the same issue happened again on the new lane, with the pins getting stuck and the lane breaking down once or twice. Because of all the interruptions, we only got through about 2 and a half games in the full 2 hours, which was disappointing for what we paid. Overall, the customer service was great and they did try to fix the issues and make sure we had a good time, but the lane malfunctions really took away from the experience.

  Visited Main Event on 04/18/2026 around 5:35 PM with my family, and the experience was very disappointing. I follow a vegan diet, and unfortunately, there were no suitable food options available for me. Because of that, I ordered food from Chipotle. I understand that many places have policies about outside food, but what really stood out was how the situation was handled. I was told I could not eat inside with my wife and kids and was directed to eat on the patio instead. The problem is—the patio area was extremely dirty and unsanitary. It was so bad that I actually became sick and threw up. If outside food isn’t allowed inside, that’s one thing—but directing a paying customer to an unclean, poorly maintained area is unacceptable. There should be a clean, safe space for guests, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their cleanliness standards and consideration for guests with dietary needs. Part 2 that place have enough employees standing around talking while they can make a clean environment for the customers do you agree
