The employees in there getting the order wrong I never get napkins and they point and talk amongst themselves in a different language about the order and about the customer. Over the course of the last year, the store has gone downhill tremendously.

I pulled into the drive‑thru at 11:01 AM and waited long enough that I placed my order online while sitting there. I ordered a cappuccino and a toasted bagel (accidentally twice — my mistake, but not the real problem).By the time I left the drive‑thru at 11:47 AM, I was already frustrated. When I took a bite of my bagel, it was rubbery and tasted like it had been steamed instead of toasted. I went inside to calmly explain the situation. The employee at the counter was kind, but the manager came out and immediately argued with me, insisting the issue was my double order. He made the interaction personal and unpleasant, even though the real issue was the long wait and poorly prepared food.I received a refund, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. After looking into it, I learned Dunkin’ uses a conveyor belt toaster, and if rushed, the bagel doesn’t toast — it steams. That’s exactly what happened.
