They went above and beyond to make sure I got full value. Between ordering and receiving, I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I also want to mention that the food was hot and fresh. I’m impressed!
- LKLeo KimSep 7, 20262.0A little bit of context, this Dunkin was my childhood Dunkin before I moved to Duluth. I came back once before a round of golf, however, the service was very disappointing: I asked for one of the items (it was part of the Suncloud line) on the menu (clearly pictured as a blue drink with dragonfruit toppings on the menu). The employee, who was the only one working during a morning shift, didn’t understand English almost at all and kept interrupting my service by tending to other customers in the drive-thru. She was really slow and kept questioning what I was ordering, without attempting to make an effort to fix her errors. It took at least 10 minutes to even start making the drink. The employee got the drink wrong, and it was yellow. She didn’t know where the ingredients were, implying that her training was not done properly (either on her side or the management). I could’ve made the drink faster if I was taught on the spot. There was another customer who was equally as upset with me, as she witnessed the service that was provided that morning. Lastly, we were only given a $4 refund for the drink, even though the receipt said it was a couple cents more. Dunkin, the food doesn’t disappoint me, but employing baristas who can’t make a drink on the menu properly is unacceptable. I will likely not come back to this venue anymore.

It was very confusing and inconvenient.
