Came in on a busy Saturday lunch, but the food came really quickly and service is always phenomenal. Tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich & it was really good, especially if you get the spicy fillet with it. The Pineapple Dragonfruit with a Sprite mix was also a good pairing to the sandwich.

I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Jinn at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru. While I was picking up my order, she rolled her eyes at me and came across as having an attitude. It felt disrespectful and was not the level of customer service I expect from Chick-fil-A. I've always associated Chick-fil-A with friendly and courteous employees, so this interaction was disappointing. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the positive service the company is known for.

My family and I had one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A at Moore Road. For Cow Appreciation Day, my kids and I spent over an hour cutting out and making their cow costumes. They were so excited to participate. In previous years, we had always been able to come during the dinner rush, so we had no idea this year’s promotion ended at 7:00 p.m. After getting off work, we rushed over as quickly as we could, only to be told at the counter that the promotion had already ended. Policies are policies, and I understand that. My disappointment isn’t that they wouldn’t honor the promotion—it’s how the situation was handled. There was no empathy, no “I’m sorry,” no acknowledgment that two excited little girls had spent an hour making costumes and had just walked in expecting a fun family experience. The interaction felt cold and dismissive. My daughters were heartbroken. One of them was literally in tears. As a parent, how do you explain to a four-year-old that she’s not getting the Chick-fil-A meal she was so excited about after spending all that time getting ready? At that point, we chose to leave. We could have stayed and purchased our meals like we normally do, but after the way the situation was handled, we didn’t feel comfortable giving that location our business. Before leaving, I spoke with the manager and explained exactly why we were walking out and that I intended to leave this review. There was still little acknowledgment or concern. Instead, we drove down the road to Waffle House and spent about $20 more than we would have at Chick-fil-A. It wasn’t about saving money or getting something free. It was about creating a fun memory with our kids. Unfortunately, that experience was ruined. I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with exceptional customer service, which is why this stood out so much. This wasn’t about a free entrée. It was about compassion, empathy, and making families feel valued. A simple apology and a little understanding would have gone a long way. I hope the Moore Road location takes this as an opportunity to coach its team on handling situations where they can’t change the policy but can absolutely change the customer’s experience.

Hands down the best CFA experience I've had in Gwinnett (and I've been to a LOT of CFA locations lol). The food was phenomenal here, and service was excellent. I was very impressed by how calm and friendly the staff was despite how insanely busy they were. It's a bit far from home, but we will be back!! 😊

An absolute embarrassment and a complete slap in the face to loyal customers. I have been a patron of Chick-fil-A for years, happily paying their premium prices because I believed I was paying for a premium, customer-centric experience. Today, that illusion completely shattered. When I simply asked for a packet of Avocado Lime Ranch sauce to accompany my meal, I was flat-out told it would cost an additional $0.75. Seventy-five cents. For a microscopic packet of condiment. When a fast-food chain is already charging top dollar for a chicken sandwich and waffle fries, attempting to extort nearly a dollar for a single sauce packet is nothing short of insulting. I fully expect this kind of petty, penny-pinching behavior from bottom-tier chains like McDonald’s—establishments where nonexistent customer service and cheap business practices are practically baked into the model. But Chick-fil-A? This company built its entire empire and reputation on being the exception to the fast-food rule. They pride themselves on generosity, hospitality, and their infamous "my pleasure" standard. Well, let me tell you, there is absolutely zero pleasure in being nickel-and-dimed at the drive-thru window. This blatant cash grab reeks of desperate corporate greed. It is a massive red flag that a once-great company is beginning to slide down a slippery slope, sacrificing customer loyalty to squeeze a few extra cents out of every transaction. If Chick-fil-A is going to abandon its core values to act just like every other cheap, uninspired fast-food conglomerate, then they are no longer worth the premium price tag. Do better.
