This is just basic house keeping which was totally absent when we dined in. Seemed to me there were too much personnel in the back and nobody in the front looking after the tables. Unacceptable.

In the food service industry, having a peaceful and welcoming environment is key. That's not what I saw in this place. I will not judge anyone, but actions speak for themselves. When a manager yells at an employee, that tells me the manager is compensating for a lack of character and leadership. It also disrupts the welcoming environment that a place like this should display at all times. I hope general management of the store text notes...
