I didn’t mind waiting after they asked me to pull up for fresh Bo Rounds, but even after the wait, my biscuit still wasn’t done. The top wasn’t even browned. When I went back inside and politely asked if I could get one cooked a little longer, I was told “that’s just how they make them” and that they couldn’t make it differently, which isn’t true because I’ve had crispier biscuits from this same location before. I then asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t give refunds at all until the next day, which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant, especially since I don’t even live nearby. What restaurant is not able to give a refund when something is wrong with an order? Thankfully, the Lafayette Bojangles location helped me. Samantha was kind, professional, and understanding. She replaced my food without making me feel like a bother. I really wasn’t asking for much just a properly cooked biscuit and fresh Bo Rounds.
