    Moved nearby recently and figured I’d ignore the reviews to give it a try for lunch. Walked in and made eye contact with the employee who was on a phone call. Proceeded to wait for exactly 3 minutes while he continued the call without coming to take my order. Obviously I left. Will not return. Abysmal service.

    The owners & their daughters, don’t really care about subway. They care about money. Please sell. This place just gets worse and worse.

    This Subway stole my money! I used the Subway app to place an order for a footlong sandwich, a drink and chips. Nowhere on the app did it say this location did not take online orders nor did it say that it did not honor Subway rewards. I eat at Subway often so always use my Subway rewards. I paid for the meal online and when I get to the store Jani said that she had not received my order. I showed her how the order was submitted in the app and how it said to show up at 6:45. I also showed her that the charge was taken out of my bank account. She refused to fill my order. I asked to speak with a manager and she said he won’t be back until tomorrow. Since I had already paid for the sandwich I didn’t want to leave empty handed but she again refused to fulfill my order. This situation was absurd. It seems illegal that a company can take your money and refuse to fill the order. Avoid this location at all costs!

    We placed an order on line using the Subway APP and on line coupon. I received a confirmation email and went to pick up subs. The employee ignored us for 5 minutes while doing tasks then told us she had no order. I thought maybe we had placed order in the wrong Subway. The employee then asked us if we'd use a coupon and informed us that they didn't accept coupons. The employee then stated that " I only work here". Needless to say after she had wasted even more time by making us wait, we headed across the street to Jersey Mike's. We have no plans to return to this location.
