After waiting another hour called to cancel but was put on hold and could not cancel tried to call 4 more times same results. Meantime the order was delivered food cold and could not eat.

- KCkevin cApr 24, 20261.0ordered a few items and didnt get served until 30 minutes after the estimated time i dont even know where to begin with the actual store itself because there's so many people waiting and crowding the area because of how backed up they are no managers to control the crowd as it seems tons of orders that havent been made no rush or effort from the people makin pizzas inefficient and incomplacent

I called to let him know a concern and issue I had with my pizza ,he completely cut me off, was extremelyrude and hung up in my face. He told me if I wanted my money back ,I wasn't going to get it. I told him that I did not want my money back, I just want it to be heard and he hung up in my face. I will be reporting this to corporate.
