- PBPinak Bhende3 days ago1.0Great bagels, great location. Extremely rude general manager Jasyn Clark. Ordering here every Sunday for the last 2 months. And yet on May 17, '26 10 am get a rude treatment, interrupting me saying you need to be specific, 'again, you need to tell me how you want it' - normally I don't order my daughter does, am I expected to know how I'm supposed to order bagels now? Why can't people just speak normally. His staff is usually really nice, now I feel bad for them if this guy is always in a bad mood. Going on 20 minutes now and the three bagels ordered are still not ready. Then when I asked what happened to the bagels, he goes, everyone's waiting. Not a word of apology. What makes a store manager feel so entitled. Lac of training? No fear of consequences from corporate? I don't know. This is a case study of bad customer service. The last time I saw this was in the Macy's store in Johns Creek, which had to be closed down.

Stood at the counter and still nothing. It was until I said, “hey can someone help us??” Oh I didn’t know you were ready. Really!!! If you would have done your freaking job. Greeted us, you would have know. Not going to spend my money there.

If you plan on ordering ahead place your order 30 minutes before you need it otherwise you will be waiting when you get there. Food isn't bad though and Karen is so sweet.
